Simank House

"16 SCREENS HOUSE” as name describes, the front façade is featuring 16 screens with a linear box form. The street side elevation is been designed opac keeping privacy in mind. These upper floor perforated screens allows natural light in upper area private spaces at the same time cut off direct exposure of those spaces to public realm. Pergolas with fabricated parking structure underline horizontality of building’s architecture form. House is opened up towards backside landscape so that most of the interior spaces can breathe with nature and get uncluttered from external noises.
